Apology To Our Customers in Freeport

Important Shipping Update for Our Customers in Freeport

 

 

Dear Valued Customers,

 

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused regarding the loading space on the HOEGH vessel for Freeport.

 

We understand that many of our customers have been waiting for a long time for such space,

and we regret to inform you that,despite our best efforts,

we have been unable to secure a spot for the upcoming shipment.

 

Currently, Amacup and Wallenius are nearing the end of their fiscal year,

and priority is being given to the loading of new cars,

which has made it more difficult to secure space for used cars. As a result,

the loading of used cars onto HOEGH vessels has become increasingly challenging,

and we were unable to secure space for new shipments.

 

We have worked diligently to make the necessary adjustments, but unfortunately,

we were unable to secure the required space.

 

We deeply apologize for this situation and appreciate your understanding during this time.

Please rest assured that we will continue to do our best to provide better service moving forward.
