We have received an update from our port partner regarding new import-related charges for vehicles shipped to the United States. Please review the following details:

A new U.S. import port tax (USTR charge) will now be billed together with ocean freight.

USTR Charge: USD $46 per ton
→ For a Skyline-sized vehicle (approximately 1,200–1,500 kg), this will amount to about USD $60–70 per unit.

The charge applies to all vehicles with ETAs on or after October 14.
Even if shipping fees have already been paid, vehicles arriving after this date may be subject to additional billing.

The port partner has advised that this change was implemented suddenly, and further details will be shared as they become available.
